Our
Aerobic Kickboxing class is taking off and we are having a total ball
with it. Aerobic Kick boxing is a high-intensity workout done to music
at our Walk Circle studio. Learn very practical self-defense moves
while burning up to 800 calories in an hour-long workout. There are
no uniforms, no "Yes, Sirs!", just a killer workout set to high energy music.
When done regularly, aerobic kickboxing
can give results like those from weightlifting, resulting in a toned stomach,
tightened butt, firmed legs and a toned upper body. Regular workouts can also
result in increased flexibility. Aerobic kickboxing is great way to burn
away stress while burning calories. It's incredibly therapeutic to wail on the
water bag after a stressful day at work. Class is offered four days a week, generally
in the late afternoon or evenings.
We will be beginning new classes soon through the Santa Cruz and Capitola
Recreation programs.
