	Read About Our New S.M.A.R.T. Program ~	Complete Family Martial Arts owner and director Scott Symons has been training in taekwondo since 1977. He achieved his black belt in 1982, and has been teaching ever since. Scott has a strong background in the grappling arts and realistic self defense. He was the silver medalist and national champion in the Masters Division in the USA Championships of Jiu Jitsu in 1996 and 1997. He has taught thousands of students through the recreation departments of Santa Cruz and Capitola, and through the Live Oak school system. Scott specializes in and loves working with young people and considers his job a privilege.
